Diana Lipsig

Diana Lipsig is the founding broker and President of Randall Property Group, Inc. (RPG), a boutique real estate brokerage based in Manhattan. With over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Diana brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-first approach to every transaction. She specializes in the diverse neighborhoods of New York City as well as the townships throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island.

In addition to her role as a broker, Diana is a licensed New York real estate attorney. As an independent broker with no affiliations or exclusive agreements with any agency, her sole allegiance is to her clients. This unique dual expertise allows her to offer a comprehensive, conflict-free service tailored to each client’s needs—whether they are first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers preparing their property for market.

Diana is known for providing sellers with valuable insights on home staging, ensuring properties are positioned for optimal success. She is widely respected within the real estate community and is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

A longtime resident of the Beekman/Sutton Place neighborhood, Diana delights in sharing the charm and livability of the City she calls home. Her warmth, dedication, and responsiveness define her client service—from promptly scheduling last-minute showings to attentively guiding clients through every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Diana enjoys yoga, SCUBA diving, and running. She cherishes time spent with her husband, Ken, and their beloved rescue cat, Bagley. Diana is also passionate about giving back, having completed five marathons through Team in Training for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She is an active member of Women Attorneys in Real Estate (WARE) and previously served as Vice President of a chapter of Business Networking International (BNI).
