Carolyn Sebba

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Carolyn has been a prominent figure in New York City’s dynamic real estate market since 1989. Carolyn has closed real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion and has worked with primary and pied-a-terre purchasers, corporate clients and investors, alike.

Carolyn has extensive experience in marketing luxury real estate. She has a key insight into what motivates sellers and purchasers alike coupled with a unique understanding of how to achieve successful sales.  A New York City resident for over 40 years she has successfully bought and renovated New York City apartments, creating value for future appreciation. Carolyn has cultivated an extensive global broker network, many of whom are are top brokers in the industry today. Carolyn brings a custom-tailored approach utilizing the skills she developed through various cycles in the real estate market to ensure her clients and their unique properties continue to perform at the top of the market.

Carolyn is a member of REBNY and actively volunteers at In God’s Love We Deliver and The Center for Jewish History. She is also a supporter of many charities including Dorot, United States Holocaust Museum, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and Chabad. In her free time, Carolyn is an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast and enjoys traveling to South Africa and through Europe.
